The rooms are air conditioned and brand-new, the view is incredible.

Great location with easy access to transportation and the downtown area. the room itself was actually quite large and had comfortable beds. the WiFi worked very well, which was essential for my business trip.
There was no air conditioner in the room, which made for some very uncomfortable nights. there was excess street noise that went on late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. It was placed nearby the train station. The room was stylish and updated, truly enjoyed it.

Overall - recently renovated place with well organised staff on reception desk. Perfect location in a pet-friendly area really close to the other resturants Banff has to offer. The in-house restaurant for breakfast.

Excellent value property, has patient and helpful staff on reception desk. Well-appointed unit with a couch, a nice bathroom and a view of the compressor. Perfect location to th e stores for shopping. Again, not far from Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies.

The restaurant was convenient for breakfast, we ordered light dishes. The location was the best and top for exploring Banff. It was a couple of blocks away from Banff downtown.

the rooms were tastefully decorated and well-kept equipped with a breathtaking view and the thermostat did n't work, for instance. the location for banff was the best, right by a supermarket and 2 blocks from the bests restaurants, the hot springs/gondola, and nice restaurants and shops. had lunch/dinner at indian curry house, which i found relatively near the hotel.
